The screenshots are not the full picture; Roget and Caro talked for several minutes about their intentional emotional manipulation of CFOperator in Kitsun3 and I's hotel room at Wasabicon in Jacksonville, FL after the SCP Foundation Orientation Panel on October 20th, 2018. Present in the room were: Kitsun3, ProcyonLotor, SinfulFaith (she has no wikidot account -- she is the one who organized the panel with her two children), and myself.

As you can see in the screenshots, I was amused by the situation when Roget first told me; I was excited to finally feel like I apparently belonged in the inner circle enough to know something like that, and I buried my insecurities about the fact that the secret in question was an administrator violating the community's trust. It was only when hearing Roget talk about this in person that the gravity of what he was doing sunk in: Roget and Caro had the power to address the toxicity growing between RPC and SCP from both sides, but they chose to play the communities off each other for their own personal amusement instead. Roget and Caro could have addressed CFOperator's supposed delusions about a relationship between Caro and CFOperator -- for if Caro really wanted to convey to CFO that she did not want a relationship, she would have stopped engaging with him about a relationship -- but she and Roget continued talking to CFO for months and chose to emotionally manipulate him instead.

Kitsun3, SinfulFaith, and I all remember Roget and Caro laughing about the fact that CFO thought the relationship was genuine. Roget continued to use the language "cucking" as he did in the screenshots provided.

We all three can all attest to the fact that Roget and Caro told us in the hotel room -- also while laughing -- that Caro had essentially convinced CFOperator to hand RPC off to her. Roget and Caro were both extremely proud of the fact that they had pushed CFOperator into thinking himself too mentally unstable to handle a writing site. Roget and Caro were both extremely proud of playing the SCP Foundation and RPC Authority communities off each other instead of addressing the communities' problems. Roget and Caro were both extremely proud to have successfully emotionally abused someone they saw as an enemy.

Why I didn't say anything to other staff after I realized this was corruption following the conversation in Florida: 1) I had no idea how many other staff knew; only that Roget intended for it to "not leave that room". 2) Roget had an immense amount of power over me. I felt that if I tried to whistleblow, Roget would say I was lying, Procy might claim he never was present for the conversation in order to protect his staff position out of fear, and Roget would ban both my girlfriend and I from the site. I felt trapped.

Why I didn't say anything to other staff immediately after being banned from the site for other reasons: I felt that it would appear retaliatory. I felt that my ban would be made permanent without chance of appeal solely because I had kept my promise to Roget and kept this secret, and I wasn't yet ready to lose all chances of ever being on the site again.

Why I am saying something now, with the involvement of the other witnesses: It has been almost exactly a year since the conversation with Roget in the screenshots occurred. This is weighing on all of us and we cannot handle keeping something like this under covers anymore. After six months of reflection, I am indifferent about appealing my ban; if administration extends my ban to permanent with no chance of appeal because I kept this situation a secret for this long, I will accept that. Kitsun3 also accepts that she may be banned for keeping the secret. SinfulFaith does not have a Wikidot account. WrongJohnSilver will speak for himself regarding the topic if necessary.

A note about Roget's behavior in general: Kitsun3, SinfulFaith, and I can all attest to the fact that Roget was noticeably disrespectful to both SinfulFaith and her children during and after the panel. SinfulFaith had a schedule for the panel that people were prepared to follow -- Faith had actually asked Roget about this schedule beforehand and he had brought up no issues -- but Roget interrupted the panel, barked at Faith to turn off the video she was playing, and then got her to play a video about an article he wrote instead. His general demeanor was upsetting, awkward, and bad publicity for the site. Afterward, Faith told me why she was upset; I told her that Roget was probably just excited and didn't mean to be rude, and that she should talk to him. So she did; unfortunately his response was to shoot her down and insist that he had done nothing wrong. I then questioned internally why I was so defensive of Roget in general when I knew how he'd acted online with Caro and RPC; again my answer to myself was that I was scared of what he could do to my life if I dared to stand up against him.

We four who are collectively submitting this information to SCP wiki staff all feel that the SCP Foundation and RPC Authority communities both deserve to know the full truth of what happened.
